Bechamel Sauce
serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 T butter
- 6 T flour
- 2 C milk, warmed
- 1 C heavy cream, warmed
- 4 oz sour cream
- 3 oz goat cheese
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, then whisk in the flour to incorporate. Slowly whisk in the milk to
form a sauce, then add the cream, sour cream and goat cheese. Season to taste, then remove from
heat.
